(1) When the timber sold by the consumer group is transported outside the area of ​​the consumer group, the person or committee appointed by the consumer group shall apply the stamp as per Rule 34 and issue a permit as per Schedule-16.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), while transporting timber, the relevant forest office should be informed in advance and taken to the check post on the way.
(3) When transporting forest products other than wood, the district forest office should be informed in advance and a permit should be obtained from the person or committee designated by the consumer group.
